Nearly three years ago a sales office opened for Cube Lofts on College Street on Toronto's Little Italy. Originally the site of a project called N-Blox, developer Neilas had the project reimagined by Raw Design to provide more and smaller units, and to bring prices more in line with what the market would bear for this vibrant street. Raw preserved a modernist look for the new development.

There have been some delays, but construction is now fully underway and the building is now rising to the height of those surrounding it. As each floor in this boutique building varies from the one below it, this building will take somewhat longer to build than most, but with only 6 storeys, purchasers can expect to move in mid-2011.
