One of the pleasant surprises of Toronto condo construction from the last year, 500 Sherbourne by the Times Group, a 35 storey tower paired with a 6 storey boutique building in behind, is now wrapping up construction. The landscaping, by Paul Nodwell and Cornelia Oberlander, remains to be completed, but the complex already looks good, and compares well with Tridel's Verve complex, seen on the right of the photo. Some units in the Northgrave Architect-designed complex remain available.
