The Toronto Eaton Centre is getting a $120 million dollar makeover. Upgrades are coming to the atrium glass, the food courts, the floors and a new light sculpture by Britain's United Visual Artists. A shame that the distinct existing railings are being replaced by glass. Hopefully on the plus side they'll increase elevator capacity. Anybody with a stroller or wheelchair knows what we are talking about. Here are a couple of renderings of what the new Eaton Centre will look like.
