Aria Condos continues to rise in the Don Valley just north east of Leslie and Sheppard. Developed by Cityzen/Fernbrook/Menkes, this Rafael & Bigauskasdesigned project ranges from 11 to 19 storeys. It has been subject to some debate on the forum between traditionalists, who like the look, and modernists, who can't stand it. We won't continue that debate here, but will say we love this shot. Imagine driving on some dirt road in Muskoka and running into this. Come to think of it maybe that's where some of the 1 billion G20 money ended up.
