One Rainsford is the culmination of ten years of preparation by Toronto luxury home builder The Riedel Group to bring a special condominium residence to Queen Street in The Beach, just west of Woodbine Avenue. Riedel is building One Rainsford in partnership with Robert Mitchell of Mitchell and Associates, a longtime condo loft builider.
The modern, terraced 6 storey building with street level retail fronting on Queen Street, is designed by Richard Ziegler Architect. UrbanToronto is very happy with the way that this design suits the City's Avenues plan to a T, and is hopeful that this building will provide a template for much more redevelopment in the city.
