Brock University in Saint Catharines has chosen architects Alliance to design its new Niagara Health & Biosciences Research Complex. The 4 storey building will allow Brock to expands its capabilities to bring together world-class researchers in areas like cancer, infectious diseases, biotechnology and green chemistry. The facility will also house a business incubator for start-up businesses to capitalize on the innovative research and knowledge transfer undertaken at the Complex.

UrbanToronto loves the hexagonal window panelling of the skin, and is pleased that Brock has joined the list of universities which have recently given serious consideration to what the architecture of their buildings say about them.
