18 York Street or Southcore Financial Centre & Delta Toronto, the new home to PricewaterhouseCoopers Canadian head offices, continues to rise quicky. The 26 storey office tower, designed by KPMB Architects, is located immediately southwest of Union Station and Toronto's Financial Core, will be linked by the climate controlled PATH walkway to neighbouring office and residential towers, hotels, retail, the Air Canada Centre, and Canada's busiest transportation hub, Union Station. Approximately 300,000 square feet is currently available for lease. With Ellis Don managing construction of the complex, the building is expected to be ready for occupation in September 2011.
