UrbanToronto member Tron recently got a photo of something that should make purchasers at Camrost Felcorp's new California Condominiums very happy: a construction milestone!

California is the third and last piece of a puzzle that includes Tides and iLofts condos. It's the parking levels for iLofts that take up much of the background of the photo here - the photo is taken from the Tides side - and California will slot right in the middle. The milestone, of course, is the concrete pour for the slab that will hold the crane aloft while the building takes shape around it. California, designed by the Onespace Unlimited, will feature extensive amenities 29 storeys in the air, including a pool with a great view of the Toronto Skyline across Humber Bay.
