Today's feature project is MuseumHouse, a new 19 storey luxury condo rising at 204 Bloor West, which sits directly across from the ROM (hence the name). This project contains just 24 units meaning most units are full floor or half floor. The location and the never-to-be-obstructed views to the south are additional bonuses. The modernist inspired building was designed by Page + Steele and is being developed by the Yorkville Group. Luxury you bet.

This is what it is planned to look like. Can it get any skinnier?
