Work is nearing to a close for the first two phases of West Harbour City. Located on Fleet Street, where the old Molson factory was once located, WHC is comprised of two towers rising 36 and 28 storeys respectively. The project is being developed by Plazacorp, a company that has developed other projects such as the Regency Yorkville. Architects for the project are Quadrangle Architects (Saint James Condo, Morgan etc.). A third phase of the project is currently being planned.

We're liking what we see here especially the setbacks on the north side of phase one. Amazing how quickly an industrial area can morph into a vibrant residential area. All photos by forum member Hypnotoad.
