Today we look at some updates from Tridel's James Cooper Mansion project. Located on Sherbourne just south of Bloor, it was designed by Burka Architects alongside Goldsmith Borgal, who were brought in to help with the relocation and restoration of the 1881 built mansion. The mansion originally sat where the new tower is now rising.

Here's some recent shots by forum member dt_toronto_geek of construction underway. It now looks to be 12 storeys tall. The mansion itself is wrapped up in what looks to be one huge black garbage bag.
