Construction on the 75 storey Aura at College Park condos continues. Developed by Canderel Stoneridge and designed by Graziani + Corazza Architects, it is going to completely change the area around Yonge and Gerrard.
The base will contain a significant amount of retail which will complement College Park and the Yonge Street strip. And, at 75 storeys, this building will certainly tower over the area. Here are a couple of renderings of what the final building should look like.
