Today we take a look at Boutique Condos. Located at the corner of Simcoe and Nelson, this 35 and 16 storey project is close to topping off. Developed by Urban Capital in partnership with West Development Group, Malibu Investments and ALIT Developments, it was designed by ZAS Architects. We love the orange/red brick and love the location and think it makes for some great infill. Though it will no doubt be overshadowed by the new Shangri-La rising across the street, it makes a great addition to the Entertainment District. Another parking lot bit the dust and we love that!
