CityPlace, developed by Concord Adex, is a massive project that has reshaped the west end of Toronto's core. This former rail-yard is now home to thousands of new condo units. Parade is one of the final towers in the project. Set midway between Spadina and Bathurst, it features four buildings of heights ranging from 18 to 44 storeys. Designed by KPF, who also did the new Ritz-Carlton, it features a distinctive sky-bridge that connects the two tallest towers.
Here is a rendering of what it should look like when completed.
These first photos were taken by member drum118 back in December. They show the progress of the east towers.
These second photos were taken by member Red Mars a few days back and they show the progress of the west towers. As we can see there's still a bit of work to go on the west side.
