At the dissemination area level probably not (and we're dealing with really small areas at this point).

I'm surprised no one is considering the Bayview Hill neighbourhood in Richmond Hill. Fairly large community with houses averaging 1.5 million dollars right now. Shouldn't the community size be taken into consideration to the total as well?
