The overuse of poured concrete for every aspect of paving in the landscaping is quite bland and unappealing as well. Every hard surface is ordinary, poured concrete: the small plaza with art, the paths, the planters, and the sidewalks.
 
The agreement will help the condo corp in some ways, but I think it's more beneficial to Airbnb than anyone else. It effectively sets them up as a monopoly at that site, and turns the building into an unregulated hotel. Looking forward to City regulation still!
