Want to buy someting less than 300k

It's very easy to buy a condo under 300k, look something in the distillery area, that's where I live and condos are fairly priced here compared to other parts of downtown.

I want to purchase a condo for less than 300k
i am going to rent it out and dont need positive cash flow.

I want something that is in a good area to rent out easily
and have at least 1400+ monthly rent.

recommendations required please.
dont want to have more than 400 for maintanace fee

Liberty village and etobicoke by the water. You shouldn't have a difficult time. Food idea BTW. I don't understand people paying 4 - 500k for rental properties. Bad investment Imo.
