I live nearby and have been wondering what was going on with this site. It sat quiet for a long time. They recently demolished the school (a couple months ago), so I figured that maybe things were finally starting up, but they went back to doing nothing.
It kind of blows my mind that these townhomes start at $949k. In this neighbourhood, you could purchase a detached for $575-600k and renovate to your taste for far less than that.
