I hope we don't lose all of these houses along this stretch. I thought these doctor's offices gave this stretch of St. Clair W more of a neighbourhood feel even though it is very close to Yonge.

It would be nice if the city could reject proposals on grounds of 'Kirkor.'

Midrise works great for these streets. Would love to see some retail here though. Any chance of it?

The ground floor plan shows "Residential/Commercial" facing St. Clair, so it looks like that is to be decided.

Why on earth *wouldn’t* there be retail here? It would be outrageous to designate the bottom floor residential at such a prominent location (with so much potential for further densification, too). This part of St. Clair desperately needs to develop retail at street level rather than the bizarre swaths of purely-residential uses that surround it.
