Balcony glass looks good. 87 Peter was on course to be a spandrel fest disaster and it turned out okay, so I have some hope for YC.

It's surprising me just how overbearing this tower is for Yonge Street; the crappy cladding and detailing is less surprising given the designer and developer.
The only upside to this tower is that it is making Karma look even better by comparison.

Contextually and height-wise, YC completely works for me.
Today:
There is a floor with much higher slab separation (ceiling height) about 4 floors from the top. Not quite sure what that's there for...

A number of people have passed judgment on parts of the building that are essentially finished and look positively horrendous. It's fair to ask for overall judgment to be reserved until it's closer to completion, but some parts we know will not change are and will continue to be dreadful.

I wasn't too happy about the Oddfellows building addition at first, but now they can't build it fast enough.
I don't think it will be big enough to cover that wall though.
