some more. Claude Cormier is the landscape architect on this, so expect some well done landscaping, even if the site plan is perhaps a little lacking.

They are now opposing the above ground parking structure. It's too bad they allowed it for the first phase (first 2 towers).
 
There are something like 48 pumps in Vaughan Metropolitan Centre subway station to keep the thing dry, so that's why CentreCourt does not want to go down into the ground for the parking garages here: very high water table.

As of this week, crews have begun pushing dirt on the square parcel of land at the northeast corner of Highway 7 and Edgeley Boulevard. The construction fencing has PCL signs on it. It's impossible to tell what they're building there. They're not digging deep. Anyone know? Another parking lot?

Unfortunately it's a surface parking lot
