These guys were flying the drone from the site this morning. We saw it outside our window. I guess they're taking photos to show potential buyers what their views might be like?

Thanks for all these updates, your POV will be almost unbeatable during construction. Curious though, when the tower gets tall enough, will it obscure some of your view to the East?

I will certainly be doing updates when there is some action on the site. We haven't seen the most recent updates on this project but based on the last renderings and site plans my direct east view will not be impacted, however my northeast view will be only of the tower.

It most certainly isn't at a standstill. Didn't you see the photo of the second dumpster?

I can only imagine that site plan approval and the permits for this are being worked on, and the process is undoubtedly complicated for a project of this scope and nature. The ability to pull conditional permits is usually complicated these days by the presence of heritage resources on the site.

And as others here have implied, there may also be other things going on behind the scenes.

But, honestly, the second dumpster is a huge milestone. Huge.
