New development by the Vaughan Metropolitan station.
Any update on this? Plaza has begun marketing online for this project...
Still can't figure out the exact site location of this one..
Architect is Quadrangle and the site is 7895 Jane Street

I don't think this qualifies as Good Quadrangle but it's better than Kirkor
Downtown Vaughan slowly starts to take shape just as the subway gets there.
Damn, this looks awful. Just a hodge podge of too many elements on such a basic box. The podium - if you can even call it that- lacks any presence.
The Expo City condos are far better looking
Garbage. Hope they redesign it.

It's now redesigned a bit, and is a 35-storey tower:
Better, but really the only part that seems easy-ish on the eyes to me, is the taller white balcony section that is within those black outlines and the grey base. That other section seems unnecessary design wise.
We got a sneak peek at the scale model now being assembled at Myles Burke HQ in Vaughan:

It actually looks pretty decent for Vaughan - I can't wait for more building proposals to pop up in Vaughan Metropolitan Centre so we can actually start to have some density t support the subway,
