    Damn, this looks awful. Just a hodge podge of too many elements on such a basic box. The podium - if you can even call it that- lacks any presence.

    The Expo City condos are far better looking

    Better, but really the only part that seems easy-ish on the eyes to me, is the taller white balcony section that is within those black outlines and the grey base. That other section seems unnecessary design wise.

    It actually looks pretty decent for Vaughan - I can't wait for more building proposals to pop up in Vaughan Metropolitan Centre so we can actually start to have some density t support the subway,
