Hopefully One Yonge helps break the monotony here with it's (supposedly) white and black colouration:

To be clearer, @Operater, @vatche, developer Pinnacle International included the image above with the supporting documents for their 1 Yonge rezoning application. It's a professionally taken shot with 1 Yonge and other buildings which do not exist added into it.
