Having recently spent some weekend time helping a Gardiner-adjacent friend clean the soot off of her balcony railings, I can assure you it is still the case. Remember that loads of diesel vehicles traverse (and sit in traffic on) the Gardiner daily - they're the worst offenders.

If it is TiO2 coated, photocatalysis should break the mess down (but chances are it won't). On the bright side, the ramp will be torn down so that should help one side a bit.

Definitely better than originally feared. It should look quite good.

The white vertical fins should really stand out against all the horizontal details on the other nearby buildings, and will probably really accentuate the height.

The vertical fins are the saving grace so far with this project. Without them, the grey spandrel panels would have made this look like a complete mess.
