Still not sure why 10 York is pegged at 65 residential floors when the floor plans used to show levels up to 68 without skipping floors, including 13. Recent referral online to 69th residential level (?) Anyone with any definitive info? Units on 68 still for sale online...

I assume they can re-open that closed lane on Harbour Street now they can stage the equipment on the podium? Or isn't there enough room?

This building is going to have two hoists. One on Harbour (half in the lane), one on Lake Shore (in the site though, no lanes closed).

Those condos just south of Ten York here--what are they called again?--damnit those things are ugly. There's something about the glass and the--are they mullions?--that make it look too busy. It's similar to Aura, in fact.

I think they look nicer than some of the older monstrosities at Harbourfront. They have some nice angles and curves - certainly as a photographic subject they're kinda cool.

But otherwise? Yeah, they're somewhat depressingly anonymous.

Yes, those are the Waterclub condos. The mullions are the biggest offenders of the buildings' design. Darker, non-reflective mullions between the window panes would have helped a bit.
