The view from the south walking up Peter is so sharp. The chevron shape of the building makes it really pop with the vertical black bands. I'm so excited for the public art component too. This building with WRC and Picasso have really transformed this intersection into something amazing.
 
The closest spot that is approved for one is at The Well, while there are also possibilities in proposals at 400 Front, and even closer—just across the street in fact—at 350 Adelaide West.

My only complain with this project is that if they had used a white frit on the window-wall (but not the balcony glazing), the framing motif on the balcony edges would visually pop and would not be lost amidst the equally dark glazing behind it as it is from many angles. With the right frit, a lighter/whiter glass could be achieved without compromising the views out of the units.

That said, the project is overall a strong one in my books. Lots of interesting things going on here.
