Stone Lofts: a 3-storey condo building designed by David Premi Architects (DPAI) for Sonoma Homes on the north side of Wilson Street East, east of Jerseyville Road East and southwest of Dalley Drive in the Ancaster Village neighbourhood of Hamilton. Approved at OMB/OLT in 2017.

A lot is happening at Stone Lofts - Excavation digging parts of dirt and shoring work on the left side of the housing property from this month but I look on city of Hamilton building permits page and the Shoring permit is under review.

Update on Stone Lofts - The Shoring permit has been issued and resumed excavation digging around October 2023 with a photo from google maps but as of last week the work has been stopped and halted again leaving a bunch of dirt sitting while driving past the site while I was in Ancaster. I not surely know what the work to resume its on and off.
