Wow. Love the geometry, the massing, the fact that it's not glass, and those inset bursts of orange.

    This looks really promising.

It has a Habitat feel to it. Very charming.

Just so everyone's clear, there are two different buildings depicted in those renders. They represent blocks 11 and 13 in the revitalization scheme (page 11).

Very promising start. A little busy for me but promising nonetheless.

Yes, it does look like two different buildings in the renderings haha. Love the black and white one. Awesome sauce :p Daniels has a great thing going on in Regent Park, so this is Tridel's opportunity now to shine.

Tridel is renovating 519 Queen St. W (previously Home Impressions, Abelard Books before that) into a condo sales centre. Must be for Alexandra.

That's terrible. It looks like the white walls will be spandrel. Worse yet, there will be no contrasting black or red accents, which looks like an arbitrary decision to make the building blander. Tridel shouldn't be building such mediocre buildings.

I'd imagine that the white walls would be metal panels, like the ones for River City Phase 2. They don't look like spandrel to me.

    Very cool design
