Just wanted to give an update on it, it's a Self Stor Storage

The renders show some mixed use on the ground floor, some food joints and office... on the article linked above someone replied to my comment mentioning that mixed use is not allowed by law on self storage units, so I'm not sure about that

I had read at some point somewhere that they had intended to have medical based units on the bottom... in my mind I thought I had read more than two, but I think this ended up with two

Guess what? They're both dentists
