On Mattamy's website, Riva is listed at 16 storeys and their rendering is slightly different. So perhaps this massive-looking top isn't merely a mechanical penthouse but rather includes 2 residential floors, too...

But that would be "18 storeys". The rendering they have shows two floors of an inset balcony above the 14th floors. Their rendering is different than the one shown on UT. I always thought that was such a massive top! So this makes much more sense if there are residential units here, perhaps with Juliette balconies.

It's okay, I don't like arguing. I just thought that I provided enough info above in my previous posts as well as a new rendering clearly showing inset balconies on the 15th and 16th floors, which back up Mattamy's claim on their website that it's a 16 storey building. All the recent articles I've read on UT about Riva say its 14 storeys...but I see 16. I will wait patiently until the building is topped out and I can count them myself
