I see the 2 historical houses are still sitting on the land where the have stood from day one.

Not sure if that pet store is part of this development or OpArtLoft. Then it could be a stand alone.

Shoring was taking place last month with excavation underway from what I could see from the train a few weeks ago..

The fish store is history as well

Drove past here today, didn't have time to snap some pics, but look like they're pretty much done digging. Those "historic" houses are gone.

I was in the area today, the pit excavation is pretty much complete. The cranes are now up for both Rain Condos and OpArt lofts next door. Sorry for the iphone quality...

Actually cranes are just up for Rain... nothing has started on OpArt yet.
