    Proposal is for an 11-storey plus penthouse mixed-use building, which would contain a commercial health centre at grade and on the second storey. The proposal is for38m with 45 units.

    Commercial health centre will be on the second level, along with the building's amenity space component. The only at-grade presence for the health centre will be the entrance, stair, and elevator.
