Ground floor will be poured by end of March?! Is it just me or is this project moving slowly...

I realize that this has been in fact a very cold and brutal winter so far (coldest February in the history of this city) and it's amazing that they've made any progress at all but the first two towers had all levels of the parking garage/podium completed three months after construction begun. If they reach grade by end of March, that would mean the parking garage/podium will be completed by June...nearly double the time of the first two towers. If they complete one floor a week, that's a total of twenty seven weeks for the tower to be topped off (nearly seven months) which would mean sometime in January/February of 2016. Does this sound about right? I'm not knowledgeable in construction at all that's just my guess
