As others have noted, the treatment on the penthouse balcony slab is quite apparent (it looks very good, but if it will be the only level to receive this treatment, it sticks out rather awkwardly). Hopefully it'll smooth out more when all is clad.

Now we wait for the delivery of more balcony glass since of what I see is now installed.

The others have been painted grey, so unless that was a sealer, my guess is that it serves the same purpose as (I believe) the overhang on the penthouse balconies—to visually diminish the extra height of the penthouse levels and better keep a contagious flow in the horizontal stripes made by the balconies.

It's not a painted slab edge, they have actually boxed the sides and underside of those balconies on that level and appear to be doing the same for the level above as well.
