That angle provides one of the best skyline views in the city and it will only be improved with the proposed developments that you alluded to.

Unfortunately, the city doesn't look that great from the waterfront (well, it does from oblique angles, to the east).

Do you think the crown lighting feature will be turned on before the balconies are fully clad, or do you think that will happen after the entire building is complete? It would be nice to see them on by summer.
