Posititvity is good but come on, "balcony glass"?? no doubt this is a fine addition to the area

As an architectural element that would be defining the overall looks of the building, there is much reason to get excited watching the balcony glazing going up. Not so sure about reading some generic specs on new projects by third rate "architects" though.

I can't wait to see how the The One looks from there as I live really close. Also curious if the curved balconies will make any difference from that distance.

great shots kotsy. This is such a beautiful building. I've seen Aqua in Chicago in person, and 1Be puts it to shame in so many ways. So nice to have such a good addition to Toronto.
