Located on the eastern portion of the Danforth, between Woodbine & Main St. Quick search reveals this site was originally an auto body shop that was on fire. Info regarding sale here.

A modest infill building like Carmelina would go well here.

Nice infill, an Avenues-style building. A public meeting was scheduled for after the final report. Does anyone know the status. Is it supported by the ward councillor?

    Better than what was ...
But what is with that awful retail street face?

Nice building but I have to agree on the retail facade... looks pretty lifeless and curiously old-school. Is it the relative paucity of glass or its uniform flatness? The rest of the building seems nicely massed and sculpted.

Oh no, not another Berwick with that horrible yellow brick. The street front just seems so dead and boring

Wow, the ground floor treatment here couldn't be worse. It's like something from 20 years ago...
