Wow, those look particularly terrible. I'd surprised if fire code required them to be insulated (as they've been) on the exterior of the building. The two different sizes of beams don't help either. superkül is normally great with details, so here's hoping there's an attractive fix of some sort to come.

No @mjl08 it doesn't feel top heavy in person. I should have taken more photos from across the street and it would have shown that.

Looks great in person. It's quite a handsome building overall, although I have to agree that that grotty beam treatment is quite unfortunate.

(and it looks like the grotty beam work has been covered through the vertical balcony mid section, apart from one or two upper rights areas (second photo).

Been living here since October 1rst and it's really nice. You can't hear anything going on in the streets nor above from the suites and although they are still working out a few finishing kinks, it's really enjoyable.
