Looks like a new school being built at Threshing Mill and Postridge.I noticed it back in May but there was just grading occurring then.

This is actually Northeast Oakville #4 Catholic Elementary School on the southeast corner of Threshing Mill and Postridge; designed by Svedas Architects for the Halton Catholic District School Board.

Thanks @Paclo for the update and I was misleading for that and this was a new HDCSB school. Not a HDSB new northeast #3 elementary school but I will be removed the HDSB new Oakville school renderings and moved to a new thread.
