Try to always like contributions that bring us information, even when that information sucks.........

But need to be clear here, this is terrible!

Trash! Send it back. ICON, what's this? Amateur hour?

So let me get this straight:

****

a) You have a beautiful woodlot on one side of this development and you proposed to ensure 2/3 of the residents here will have no view of or easy access to same

b) You put the density mostly away from the major road where, one day, there might be a pedestrian-friendly environment and transit..........and shoved most of the density where there will never be retail or transit.

c) You put an entrance to the parking under the landscaped play area, which will then have to be ripped out every 20-40 years in order to re-do the roof membrane of the garage, rather than integrating the parking entrance into one of the denser buildings

d) You propose side areas of asphalt pavement here, there and everywhere which should not be necessary at all. With proper organization the vast majority the parking can be underground, under buildings, accessed just off the main street. Residual, minor street access could be interlock and very human-scaled.

Ugh!

I had a hard time orientating myself based on the rendering above, but I think this development is to be located to the east of the railway tracks, southwest of the Salit Steel plant.

Which would mean the map pin for this development is in the wrong spot, currently the pin is located on the golf clubhouse.
