Yes it is coming together nicely. A big change from a decade ago when you could still golf down here.

Yep, we're gettin there. Been a long time, but it's nice to see it nearing completion. I wouldn't live there and am not crazy about the entire development, but it's far better than what was there.

FYI, apparently the building completion date has been pushed out to August 2017.
I don't think they've run into complications, maybe just a bit behind schedule.

The archeological finds in the excavation pit have added a little extra time to the build, as can be expected.

That site is looking a lot more level now. It also looks like they're making another dirt ramp on the south-west side. I completely forgot to take a picture when I was walking by.
