Still can't believe how much progress these guys have made with the building this year. Come Spring/Summer 2018 seems like Monde, Daniels and Aqualina will all be decently occupied.

Yeah, it'll still feel windswept and industrial for a while. Walking on QQ past Yonge, QQ reminds me of a highway service road.

That feels a little harsh. I've done runs for years along the MGT and while imperfect, it is starting to feel filled in.

yup. QQE of 2017 feels vastly, vastly different than QQE of 2012. There was still a railway siding along Redpaths sugar where the MGT is now..

Don't forge the QQE had some interim improvements made as a result of the failure to advance the QQE transit file as well.
