great to see this building and the area in general shaping up just as it was proposed. wish more new projects would make use of this apparent high quality precast instead of almost exclusively glass.

With the windows going up on the podium, I'm a bit disappointed that it appears to consist of green tinted glass with dark framing. I was hoping for a lighter colour overall. The material of the frame and glass looks very similar to what's used in Aqualina across the street.
I'm crossing my fingers for when we get to see the window-wall go up on the tower portion. I'm sure it's wishful thinking, but I'm hoping for a yellow/golden tone for the tower glass.

I got a good look at this the other day, and the precast on the south side just does not look promising. It's heavy and clunky. We'll see.

The dark window framing should come together nicely against the cream facade. I'll wait on this one.
