I think that the barbecues will probably be on the roof. The gym is on the ground floor around the front...just right of the main entrance. I wasn't able to go in but looked through the windows and it looks quite big.

Ya the spandrel is not great but the coloured panels and the brick are good. It's 2 steps in the right direction.

Yeah, partly texture-wise. But it's more about the tone/hue of the red. One of them needs to be closer/more complimentary to the other.
