Walk by this building twice almost every day. It is turning out very well (especially for a rental building). I can't wait for the glass to go in for the units and the hoarding to come down. This site has been blocked the entire time I've lived in Parkdale, which is six years now. What a change it'll be.

That third from last shot also seems to finally show some glass on the residential portion.

Also: It's so easy to forget about how actually massive this project is.
 
Here's hoping that the east end retains its transparency once the north side is clad: it would be a shame for them to lose the drama there!
