Can anyone teel me if they are going ahead with geothermal heating and if they will have a salt water pool.

The sales agents said so, but I don't see it written in any of the builder's ads.

Going up fast and steady should be ready by October?

Can't wait for the PDI.

Looking pretty sharp. I really like the turn-the-corner balconies, they're a smart detail.
