Looks like a mutated emulation of Frank Lloyd Wright's design concepts.

Lawrence & Weston Road is a bit rough on the edges but the area features some interesting forms of gritty and raw urbanism. Reminds me of some parts of Hamilton.

It's Toronto's chunkier Fallingwater. Huh.

If it's realized poorly, it will be Frank Lloyd Wrong. Oh jeez, sorry about that.

some of the floorplans have internal windows - if a bedroom does not have a window it is not a bedroom. Another example of poor planning, squeezing two bedroom units where only one would fit if common sense prevailed. Love the locale.

It's not atypical for new Toronto condo suites to have a bedroom with an internal window. Land prices mean that suites have to be small now to be affordable, so fitting in a second bedroom as opposed to having fewer but larger rooms is the way things normally work now, common sense or not. It's all down to how much you want to spend, and whether you want to be in an older building or a newer one.
