Toronto home: Power and Adelaide | 78.33m | 22s | Great Gulf | Core Architects

I haven't seen the plan but, 3 doesn't sound too bad. I don't expect retail lining Power or Adelaide.

We forgot to post this link to our latest front page story on "home".

The story does say three retail frontages, but it also says that they are subdividable, depending upon the size of space each retailer wants.

To be more specific, there are seven sets of doors for stores in the plan. Four of them are along Parliament. One of those would provide access to the grocery store on the second floor. There are two doors on Adelaide. There is one door in a non-dividable space on Power at the corner with Richmond. As drawn, the building could have up to seven retailers including the grocery store above.

The on site sales office has been "temporarily" closed for the past 3 weeks. Anyone know what's going on?

Great Gulf tells us that they are selling well, and will be re-opening the presentation centre in the fall or winter for a new release of units.

New-ish images from Norm Li. More on their website:

@Potoroo, changes to the appeals system will not affect cases already at the OMB: it will still operate as it has been until the backlog of cases is cleared.

Got this in an email... can someone help decode it? o_O

I'm glad this one's finally getting started. Not a fan of the layouts but the area needs this development. Should be a very interesting area in the next 5 years with all the new projects going up here.
